Your Message, Delivered at Scale via Contact Forms
EagleContact puts your pitch in front of thousands of target companies a month using the one channel every business still watches: the contact form on their own website.
Book a 20 minute callSee pricingWhy forms instead of email
Cold email has a delivery problem that no amount of clever copy fixes. You write a good message, you send it, and a spam filter decides whether anyone ever sees it.
A contact form submission cannot land in a spam folder. It goes where the company sends its own inquiries, which means it reaches either a decision maker or somebody who has that person’s ear and is paid to pass things along. That single difference is why we favor this channel, and it is why a well written form message beats a much larger email list on a regular basis.
What we handle
1. We build the target list
We start from who you actually want: industry, company size, location, revenue, whatever defines a right-fit client. Then we verify the sites and the forms so your volume goes to real companies rather than dead pages.
2. We write the message
This is where most form outreach falls apart. Blasted, obviously templated copy gets deleted in a second. We write yours as a real message from a real person, built around a specific problem the companies on your list are dealing with, and we rewrite it as we see what pulls replies.
3. We send at volume, every week
Two volume levels, roughly 10,000 or 20,000 target websites a month, sent steadily rather than in one burst.
4. We route the replies to you
Interested responses land in your inbox, where you take the conversation from there. No portal to log into, no lead list to chase down.
Volume, and why it matters here
This channel works on math. Your message is going out to a lot of companies, and most of them will do nothing, which is fine, because the ones that do respond are self-selecting into a conversation with you.
At 2,500 sends a week you are touching around 10,000 target companies a month, which is enough to see a pattern and enough to keep a small pipeline moving. At 5,000 a week you are at roughly 20,000 a month, which is what clients choose when they want to build pipeline faster or when they are working a large addressable market and want to get through it. Either way we are pointing that volume at a list built from your criteria, not at whoever happened to be in a database.

Who this is a good fit for?
A good fit if:
- You sell to businesses and can describe your ideal client in a sentence
- Your market is large enough that thousands of target companies exist
- One or two new clients would cover the cost of the program many times over
- Somebody on your side will answer replies promptly
Probably not a fit if:
- Your total addressable market is a few hundred companies, in which case a smaller and more personal approach beats volume
- You sell to consumers rather than businesses
- You need a signed client inside of thirty days
Questions we get asked
Is this spam?
It is business to business outreach sent one company at a time through the channel that company published for inbound inquiries, written as a real message about a real problem. We keep volume pointed at a list that fits your criteria, because sending your pitch to companies that will never buy wastes your money as much as it wastes their time.
How do replies reach me?
Straight to the inbox you tell us to use. We handle the routing so you are only reading responses, not monitoring a system.
What kind of businesses do you target?
Whatever you tell us defines a right-fit client. We build the list from your criteria, then adjust it as replies show us which segments respond.
Can I see the message before it goes out?
Yes. You approve the copy, and we rewrite it as the campaign teaches us what lands.
Do I need an ad budget?
No. Neither of our outreach channels requires ad spend.
Let's size your list
Give us twenty minutes and your ideal client profile, and we will tell you how many target companies are actually out there, what the message should say, and which volume level makes sense. If the numbers do not support it, we will tell you that instead.
